OCE Print Shop has been using MyOrderDesk since Jan. 2005. During that time, we have seen stationery and business card order errors drop to near zero. “80% of your effort goes to 20% of your customers”, used to be business cards for us, now they are a breeze with the online template proof process and fixed shipping/billing addresses provided by profile auto-fill function. PagePath support is great to work with as well. Their knowledgeable techs have helped me out of jams and provided tutoring when needed. They even adopted my suggestions to actually “lock” jobs after they are put into production and to provide additional sort options in the “My Jobs” tab to include by sender name. Now that is excellent service!
