Uage Fee Details
It's simple. You are charged once for any day MyOrderDesk is used. No transaction fees.

What's Considered A "Use"?
Generally speaking, a "use" is associated with actually placing an order or sending a file:
  1. Sending an Order or File. Clicking the "Send" or "File Attachment" buttons on an order form (the "Send Files & Orders" page), whether or not any data has been filled in or any files have been attached, or
  2. Looking at the Order Details. Accessing the "Job Details" page (the order form your customer sent to you) by your prospects, customers, you or your staff, or
  3. Storing Files. Storage of job files sent to your MyOrderDesk FTP server by your prospects, customers, you or your staff (this does NOT apply to storing the customer's order specifications).
What About Storing Job Data?
That's free. It does not take up that much room compared to attached art files.


What's a Day?
  • 24 Hours A day is a 24 hour period starting at 12:01 A.M. Central Time.
What's Prepaid Use?
  • 35 Days. Prepaid Use is like a phone calling card. You prepay 35 days of MyOrderDesk "use". Actual Use is then deducted from this 35 day balance.
  • Replenished Automatically. The pre-payment is charged when the system is set up and automatically replenished as needed when the balance drops below 5 days.
  • Non-Refundable. The Prepaid Use balance is non-refundable.
What's a Signup Fee?
  • One-Time Fee. The Signup Fee is the initial, one-time cost of the base package plus any add-ons. It is charged when the system is set up.
  • Credited Toward Upgrades. The Signup fee is credited toward any future upgrades so you only pay the difference between what you have and what you want.
  • Non-Refundable. The Signup fee is non-refundable.
Cancellation.
We would hate to lose you as a customer, but realize that sometimes situations change. Businesses are sold, needs change, that sort of thing. So if you need to cancel the MyOrderDesk service, here's how to do it.
  1. Remove Your Credit Card. Use the My Card page in the Billing area to replace your credit card number with one or more zero's. That way, no further charges to your card will take place.
  2. Use Up Your Prepaid Use. As covered in the billing terms above, we can't refund any unused Prepaid Use. Instead, you can use the system as much as you want until your Prepaid Use falls to $0.
  3. No Cancellation Fees. There are no cancellation fees. Just follow the info above.
