| "We just finished the year with 11% sales growth and we show profits which are double from last year. I attribute this to the simple fact of using PagePath's MyOrderDesk and exclusively the PDF2U feature. " |
|

The award winning PDF2U™ provides an easy and reliable way to receive print ready files from your customers. By eliminating the traditional problems of missing fonts, missing images, and unsupported file types, it reduce production costs and increases profits.
The basic MyOrderDesk PDF2U workflow process is illustrated below:

 |
Initiate Transfer |
| |
With PDF2U your customer chooses "Print" from
within almost any application*. No more confusing ftp hassles or e-mail
corruption. As an alternative, they can just visit your web site and attach native files
to initiate the file transfer.
|
 |
Automatic Compression |
| |
All files are automatically compressed
before being sent. This saves you and your customers hours of
upload and download time. For example, a 90MB file may take 6-9 hours
to upload with a standard modem, but after MyOrderDesk compresses
it, it may only take about 20 minutes!
|
 |
Job Ticket & Softproof Online |
| |
When the file is compressed & ready to upload,
your customer will be presented with your custom online job ticket
where they enter valuable information about the job or file they're
uploading. When your customer clicks 'Send', their files are immediately
uploaded to your MyOrderDesk site. Then, they have the opportunity
to view the PDF file to make sure everything looks the way it should.
If it doesn't, they can resend it right away.
|
 |
Instant Notification |
| |
Once the file(s) arrive at your MyOrderDesk web site,
you and your customer get e-mailed a confirmation. You can even choose
to receive confirmation via fax or a pager! You'll have peace of mind,
knowing that MyOrderDesk is helping you and your customer stay informed
at all times.
|
 |
Pick Up Your Files |
| |
Now all you need to do is pick up your ready-to-print,
PDF2U files. Log on, check your "Files Received" box,
and click to download. Since the files are delivered to you in PDF format,
you won't need to worry about having the correct version of software
to open & print the files! If PDF2U was not used, you will be downloading native files.
