Faster IS better! E-mail and standard web sites can easily choke on large graphic files. If your customer's have slow modem lines, large files just take too long to send (AND receive). MyOrderDesk will make your lives easier by speeding the transfer.

  • Smaller is Faster. By automatically compressing large graphic files MyOrderDesk can make them smaller so they travel faster over the Web. Whether on the sending or receiving side, everyone spends less time waiting.
  • Safe Compression. No one wants to receive files with pieces missing. That's why MyOrderDesk uses world standard, lossless zip compression. Call us conservative, but we want to make sure every page and pixel is delivered to you just like your customer sent it. MyOrderDesk doesn't use lossy compression. Some say you can't see the difference, but what if your customer can?
  • Mac & Windows. For Mac and Windows usability, we zip all files, whether Mac or Windows files. In addition, zipping a Mac file protects its resource fork. Ever get a Mac file through e-mail that the Mac can't recognize? Chances are its resource fork was stripped off or damaged in e-mail. That won't happen with MyOrderDesk.

Online Softproofing
MyOrderDesk gives you THREE proofing options. Proofing is easy when customers use the special, personalized PDF2U™ print driver that comes with MyOrderDesk. A few clicks is all it takes. With ezMerge™, they can proof business cards, newsletter, letterheads, price sheets, etc. simply by entering the data in your order form. As a third alternative, you can upload your OWN proof files to their job ticket for review. No matter which method you choose, there is a built-in approval notification process.

  • No More Guessing. Your customers can click Accept or Reject when they are done viewing the proof on your Web site. An e-mail confirmation is sent to everyone and their choice is date and time stamped in the job ticket for future reference.
  • Print It or Save It. Not only can your customers view the proof online, they can also print a copy or even download a copy of the file.
  • Secure. Only the customer and your staff can view the proof, based on their login ID.
  • Easy Fixin's. What happens if your customer finds a problem with the proof? They can fix it! They simply return to their native desktop application, make the changes and click the Print command to create another file and online proof.
